DRS trading halted

Apparently,

"Under the terms of the proposal, DRS shareholders would
receive $81.00 per share in cash for each share owned and DRS would no longer
operate as a publicly traded company."

Finmeccanica aquires DRS

On Oct. 22, Finmeccanica completed aquisition of all outstanding shares of DRS for 5.2 billion U.S. dollars. It remains to be seen what will be the tracking status of DRS.
